You already know Edgar, The Mayflower’s downtown DC restaurant named after the late J. Edgar Hoover, who dined with us daily for twenty years. Tolson, our private dining space pays homage to Clyde Tolson, Hoover’s Assistant FBI Director and trusted companion. Much like their namesakes, Tolson is a compliment to Edgar, offering a private dining space ideal for private events, receptions and maybe even a clandestine meeting.
